Shopping with Vintage Loot
These terms apply to purchases made directly through the Vintage Loot website. Vintage Loot is a DBA of REclaimed 32 LLC. Contact us at info@vintage-loot.com. Effective September 30, 2026. We operate from Hickman County, Tennessee. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Items and condition
Vintage and pre-owned items can have cosmetic wear, age-related changes, or missing components. Photographs, condition notes, and the included-items description form part of each listing. Ask about anything unclear before ordering. Archive photographs are editorial content and are not offers for sale.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable tax are displayed before payment. Availability is checked during checkout. Orders are confirmed after payment verification. Pricing or inventory errors may require cancellation and a refund.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers. Guest purchases do not require an account.
Returns and your rights
Our Returns & refunds policy explains eligibility and the request process. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
